We use recorded delivery as it allows us to track you package and confirms delivery to you by means of a signature on receipt. If you require your goods for a specific date we would recommend using the Special Delivery Service to ensure you package arrives in good time.
Please note that we can only ensure next day delivery if you place your order before 2pm (Monday – Thursday). Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday or on a Friday are not guaranteed by Special Delivery and will normally arrive the following Monday. Orders on a Saturday will need to be placed before 11am to ensure delivery on the following Monday. Sunday Orders will go out on the following Monday and should arrive on Tuesday if you chose the Special Delivery Option.

Occasionally delays can occur with items going through customs and as such we cannot predict how long your order will take to reach you, however, it is usually within 10 working days. Returns
In addition to your Statutory Rights Sparklecandy offer a money back guarantee provided goods are returned within 21 days of receipt of goods in their original packaging in an unused, saleable condition. We will refund your money via the original method of payment within 28 days. Items returned after the 21 day period will be accepted at the discretion of Sparklecandy and may only be eligible for a credit note.
