1. Payment:

Credit and Debit cards (by Pay-Pal) We accept payment by Credit and Debit cards using Pay-Pal’s secure servers, so you can be sure your personal details are safe. It is quick and easy to pay by Pay-Pal.

2. Delivery

Our delivery charges are as follows with UK orders over £100 entitled to free Standard Delivery.

2.2 We use Royal Mail recorded delivery for our Standard Delivery as it allows us to track your package and confirms delivery to you by means of a signature on receipt. If you require your goods for a specific date we would recommend using the Special Delivery Service to ensure you package arrives in good time.

2.3 Please note that Sparklecandy cannot be held responsible for any delays which occur once items have been dispatched.

2.4 All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched same day. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched on the following working day (Mon - Fri). Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday. Additional Information on International Items

2.5 Please note that any customs or import duties on international orders are the responsibility of the customer, as these vary from country to country you may wish to check with your local customs office how much they are likely to be.

2.6 Occasionally delays can occur with items going through customs and as such we cannot predict how long your International order will take to reach you, however, it is usually within 10 working days.

2.7 If you would like to check the value of your order in another currency you can do so at www.xe.com.

3. Ordering

3.1 Acceptance of an order occurs once the order has been dispatched and a dispatch confirmation has been sent to you by email.

3.2 The purchase contract is made once the order has been dispatched unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with our 'Cancelling an Order' procedure below.

3.3 Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following: The product you ordered being unavailable from stock Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment The identification of a pricing or product description error

4. Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel your order you need to contact us as soon as possible by phone or email to make us aware of this. We often post items very quickly and cancellation is not possible if you order has been packaged or dispatched, in this case you can return your order in accordance with our Returns Policy.

5. Delivery to a different address

If your delivery name and address is different to your invoice name and address your item will be sent to the delivery address provided.

6. Return Policy

6.1 Sparklecandy offer a money back guarantee provided goods are returned within 14 days of receipt of goods in their original packaging in an unused, saleable condition. We will refund your money via the original method of payment within 28 days. Items returned after the 14 day period will be accepted at the discretion of Sparklecandy and may only be eligible for a credit note.

6.2 Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returned pierced earrings unless faulty.  These items will be clearly marked with an asterisk *

6.3 For your own protection we recommend using recorded delivery service to return your goods as this will insure the goods until they reach us. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they reach our premises. Sparklecandy cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post.

6.4 To return items please fill in the returns form online. We will then e-mail you a reference number to be included in your return package. Should you not have internet access you can also use the returns form included in your original package.

7. Gift Wrapping

All items purchased with Sparklecandy.co.uk come packaged in their branded packaging wrapped in acid free tissue and Sparklecandy ribbon. We also offer gift wrapping at a small extra charge of £2, with this option your piece will come in a custom made Sparklecandy hot pink box with ribbon.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 When you visit www.sparklecandy.co.uk you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name, address, telephone number and email address. This information will be held securely. We do not hold your credit/debit card details as these are passed directly to PayPal.

8.2 The information we collect from you will be used to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. If you have consented we may also use your information to notify you of important changes to our website or to keep you informed about our products and services. If you do not wish to be contacted in this regard you can opt out of receiving emails by contacting us at customerservice@sparklecandy.co.uk

8.3 We will never sell, lend or give away your email address to other third parties.

8.4 You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies please let us know and we will delete them or correct them promptly.

9. Pricing

9.1 All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rate.

9.2 Sparklecandy reserves the right to change prices without notice.

10.1 Sparklecandy reserves ownership of copyright on all items featured on its website other than those which are credited to third parties. Permission is given to copy or print from this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Sparklecandy and for using the site as a shopping and catalogue resource. Any other usage whatsoever without prior written permission from Sparklecandy is strictly prohibited.

10.2 This site may provide links to other websites not related to Sparklecandy. The content of any such sites is not under our control; accordingly we do not accept any responsibility or liability for the content of these sites. Neither do these links signify endorsement of these sites in any way whatsoever.

10.3 Access to this site is supplied free of charge. Whilst we will use our best endeavours to ensure availability of access, we cannot guarantee and do not warrant that you will have continuous access to this site. Neither do we warrant that the site shall be free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Cookies
